These cupcakes are simply comprised of chocolate sponge cupcakes and vanilla buttercream (tinted to the right shade of the hedgehog). The spikes are made from using the wilton tip number 233. The eyes and nose are black fondant, however black buttercream or even chocolate chips would work.
